Can one PayPal key be used on more than 1 store at the same time?

Yes, you can connect the same PayPal account to more than 1 store.

How long does it take for the payment status to synchronize from PayPal to the ShopBase admin dashboard when an action is taken in the PayPal dashboard?

It may take some time to synchronize data, and it normally requires 24 hours. If the status has not updated after 24 hours, please contact us for further assistance.

How do I hide the Link in card element on checkout page?

If you wish to disable Link in the card element, you can do so by visiting the Link section within your Payment Method settings on the Stripe dashboard, and clicking Turn off button.

Once Link has been disabled, it may take a few minutes for the change to take effect on your store.
