Contact a customer about an order

When there're problems about their order, such as incorrect addresses, out-of-stock items, etc., merchants should contact the customers as soon as possible to update them about the situation. In this article, we will instruct you on how to contact a customer about an order.

A. Get information from order detail page

From your ShopBase admin site, go to Online Store > All orders.
Click on the order of the customer you want to contact. You can find customer's email in Contact information section, customer's phone number and address in Shipping address or Billing address.

B. Get information from customers page

From your ShopBase admin site, go to Online Store > Customers.
Find and click on the customer you want to contact, in Search customers taskbar and you will be directed to customer details page. Then you can find the customer's email address or phone number to contact them in Contact and Default address sections.
