Update your picture choice images to clipart images in ShopBase

You can now convert your picture choice images into clipart images and sort them into multiple folders and groups for simple management. This will help you streamline the personalization process for ShopBase products and reduce the requirement to re-upload the same set of images for many products. In this article, we will show you how to update your picture choice images to clipart images in a few simple steps.

Step by Step Tutorial

From your ShopBase admin, go to Products > All products and select the product with the picture choice images you want to update.
In the product detail page, make any changes to update your product. For example, you can rename the custom option, rearrange the product photos, etc.
Once your product is updated, a clipart folder will be automatically created containing all images used in the picture choice custom option. Then, you can select how to show your clipart images upon your wish. You can refer to this article for more details on how to set up your clipart images for your personalized product.
Before, picture choice images are not sorted into folders and you will need to manually upload images for each productNow, clipart images are sorted into folders and you can choose how to display them on the storefront
You can click on Go to clipart library to edit your clip art images and manage your clipart folders. You can also access the clipart admin page by going to Apps > PrintHub > Library > Clipart.

When duplicating or cloning a product with picture choice custom option, the picture choice images of both products will automatically be updated to clipart images and sorted to a folder.

All custom options of the product will be disabled throughout the update process (usually last a few seconds) to ensure that no errors occur.
