How to avoid having ShopBase notification emails labeled as spam

Most email providers now have built-in spam filters that help check and filter the incoming emails for spam, malware, suspicious links, etc. However, such filters can be inaccurate at times, and you may occasionally see messages that you want sent to the spam folder, such as chargeback notification emails from ShopBase. In this article, we will guide you on how to avoid having these emails labeled as spam, ensuring that all emails from ShopBase will be noticed.

Please follow these two steps in order to get emails from ShopBase:

Add ShopBase's email address (with email suffix: @shopbase.com) to your contacts or address book.
Select emails that were sent to spam, and click “Not Spam” (or a similarly labeled button).

Below are the step by step guides on how to mark emails as legitimate in Gmail, Yahoo, and Outlook.

Chargeback notification emails from ShopBase Payments usually automatically go to Spam/Junk box. Please watch these emails carefully.

A. Gmail

In Gmail, hover your mouse cursor over the sender’s name at the top of the email. Click Add to contacts.
If email was already marked as spam and you haven't removed it from spam box yet, open the email and click Not spam button at the top.

B. Yahoo

In Yahoo mail, hover your mouse cursor over sender's email address at the top of the email and click Add to contacts.
Enter respective information and click Save.

C. Outlook

In Outlook, hover your mouse cursor over the sender’s name or email address. Click on ... menu button and choose Add to contacts.
Enter respective information and click Create.
