A. How is the profit of a PlusBase order calculated?
On PlusBase, customers can add and check out both Dropshipping and Print-on-demand products in a single order. When an order contains both Dropshipping and POD items, the total profit is determined by summing the profits of each product type using the following formulas:
1. For Dropshipping products
The profit for each order is calculated using the following formula:
Profit = Revenue - Total base cost - Shipping cost - Handling fee
In which:
❶ Tax is only included if the setting for Show all prices with tax included is enabled in Settings > Taxes.
❷ The processing rate (%) in the processing fee is based on the product's risk level. This rate can vary depending on the product and the time of the order creation. You can check the processing rate of each product in the product catalog and product admin page.
For orders fulfilled via AliExpress, additional fees such as taxes may apply. These are the charges imposed by AliExpress when processing the order. You can learn more about AliExpress taxes here. PlusBase will also apply a similar fee to cover these expenses. The final surcharges and profit will be updated once the tracking number is available.
If the updated import tax reduces profitability, PlusBase may either request an additional charge (with your approval) or cancel and refund the order (if the new cost exceeds profit).
For orders with $0.00 profit, if any action is taken on your order (for example, order cancellation and refund, payout hold for closer account inspection), you will receive an email notification from the ShopBase Moderation Team. If the order has been fulfilled, the Seller will bear all fees incurred during the order's processing.
2. For Print-on-demand products
The profit of each order is calculated using the following formula:
Profit = Revenue - Total base cost + Adjustment of shipping fee (if any) - Handling fee
In which:
❸ Shipping fee or US sales tax (if applicable) will be deducted from your profit if the settings for Free shipping rates is enabled in Settings > Shipping and Show all prices with tax included is enabled in Settings > Taxes.
❹ The processing rate (%) in the processing fee is based on the product's risk level. This rate can vary depending on the product and the time of the order creation.
For orders with $0.00 profit, if any action is taken on your order (for example, order cancellation and refund, payout hold for closer account inspection), you will receive an email notification from the ShopBase Moderation Team. If the order has been fulfilled, the Seller will bear all fees incurred during the order's processing.
B. How to view PlusBase order's profit?

It can take a little longer for the system to calculate your order profit after the order is successfully checked out by the customer.

Then, the net profit of your order will be calculated using the following formula:
In which:
The refund amount in your profit calculation in the order detail includes a refund for the order subtotal and the order shipping fee, and is calculated using the following formula: Refunded = Subtotal (of the refunded item) + Shipping.
The refund amount for customers includes a payment fee. Therefore, it will be higher than the refund amount in your profit calculation.
The amount that is collected from PlusBase orders will be moved to Available soon which will become Available to payout after 24 hours since the order placement. Please refer to this article to understand more about your ShopBase Balance and know how to request a payout from PlusBase to your PingPong or Payoneer account.
With orders showing signs of fraud or orders that need to be confirmed by the customers due to their order's update or other reasons, the amount of that order will be held and will be moved to Available to payout later.
You should request a payout during business hours for the earliest approval.
