When you export the product from PlusBase, this value will be available in the CSV file, and you will not have to manually fill in the data. You can update the product images as you wish, however, the number of product images in the CSV file cannot exceed the number of original product images. For example, if your product has 5 images, you can replace or remove any of them, but you cannot add a 6th image to the product.

Browsers like Chrome only allow uploading files within 30 seconds. Heavy CSV files can lead to unsuccessful uploads and error message "The connection has timed out. Please try again later." will be displayed. To fix this, you should split the file into multiple ones or connect to a faster network. In addition, your file should not be larger than 10 MB in size.

After that, you can preview your file. Click Upload file to finish.

Once the CSV file has been uploaded, a confirmation email will be sent to the email you used to sign in to the store.
Please refer to this article on how to export products to a CSV file in order to batch edit their information.
When you import a product CSV file to PlusBase, the system will override data of the existing products in your PlusBase store that have the same product ID and variant ID as the products in the CSV file. Therefore, you cannot export products of one PlusBase store and then import them to another. Instead, you can use the product cloning feature to quickly clone products from one PlusBase store to another.
B. Get Product ID and Variant ID
When importing products, you need to enter product ID and variant ID. The system will automatically link the item with that available variant. If you export the products into a CSV file from PlusBase, and use that file to re-import the products into the store, the product ID and variant ID are already available in this file. You can also check the product ID and variant ID in your store admin by following the steps below:
