Many customers make purchases on the website using their phones, and sometimes, it is difficult to preview personalized products with a long list of custom options on their phones. In this article, we'll guide you on how to set up a product page layout with lots of personalization elements where product mockup images will be frozen at the top. Then, customers scroll down the list of customization options and make the changes, allowing them to track the change on the Mockup without having to scroll up to double-check. This makes it easier for your customers to personalize their products, which can boost your store's conversion rates. The page layout after setting up will be displayed on mobile as below:

From your ShopBase admin, go to Online Store > Themes. Click on Customize
In Settings tab, click on Product.
Click on option Special layout on mobile with custom options (for Inside theme) or Enable special layout for products with custom options (for Roller theme) to enable the feature.
Click Save once finished.
